If there is a defect or issue with the product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may not be able to process return requests if you do not contact us within this period, so we kindly ask for your understanding.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference, or for products that have been used. The Cooling-Off period does not apply to online purchases.
